The quick questions
What actually happens in a workshop?
We meet live on Zoom and build one specific thing together. You are not watching a lecture: most of the time is you making decisions and putting the thing in place, with me in the room to answer questions as they come up. You leave with it working, plus the replay and the templates.
I want this but I cannot afford it right now.
Say so on a free assessment call rather than quietly deciding against it. There is usually a smaller first step that still moves you forward, and sometimes the honest answer is to wait, which I will tell you. Either way you will leave the call knowing what to do next, and it costs nothing.
Do I have to do the workshops in order?
Only the first one. Getting Started builds the foundation the others rely on. After that, take whichever solves the problem costing you the most.
Which path should I choose?
If you do not know where to start, book a private session and we will find the bottleneck together. If you are ready to build and want to own the result, take a Workshop or the season. If you want the outcome without building it yourself, request a bespoke build.
What is the difference between a private session and a bespoke build?
A private session is time booked with me where we work together on one thing in your business. A bespoke build is where I scope the work, build it myself and hand it over finished.
Can I buy one workshop and add the rest later?
Yes. Book a single workshop at £50, and if you want the whole season upgrade within 48 hours for £199. Your £50 is credited in full, so all six still costs £249.
Is this a coding programme?
No. The foundation uses Claude Projects, context files and workflows, with no code. Claude Code, Skills and subagents are optional advanced material, clearly separated.
Can I use ChatGPT instead?
The business principles transfer, but the live demonstrations and supplied templates are built primarily for Claude.
Do I need Claude Pro?
Yes. If you are serious about your yoga business, be willing to pay about $20 a month for a paid Claude plan. You can start a workshop on a free account, but Projects, longer context and the heavier workflows are where the time actually comes back, and that is the paid tier.
Will you build my website or CRM during a £50 workshop?
No. The workshop creates the minimum structure, copy, workflow or implementation plan. Personal technical building belongs in a private session or a bespoke build.
What software costs are included?
Workshop tuition is included. Third-party software subscriptions are not. The foundation is designed to use free or low-cost tools wherever practical.
What if I do not finish during the workshop?
You will have the Claude Projects, the worksheets, the prompts and all the materials to carry on with. You will not finish the implementation on the call. The session gets it started and gets you unstuck; you continue your homework on your own afterwards.
What happens if I join late?
Join at any point. Season Pass holders get the replays of every workshop that has already run, available until 90 days after the final workshop.
Are recordings included?
Yes. Individual tickets include a thirty-day replay of that workshop. The Season Pass includes all replays until 90 days after the final workshop.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Beginners with technology, yes: every workshop uses templates, not blank pages. Beginners at teaching, not yet: you need some paid teaching experience or a real offer idea.
