Free 3-day guided yoga challenge
Get on the mat three days in a row, without waiting to feel motivated.
★ Watch one practice, your first live class with me is free
Three short, guided practices to quiet a busy mind, rebuild momentum, and make tomorrow’s practice easier to begin. Day 1 takes six minutes.
Settle → Move → Repeat
- 1Day 1, Settle. 6 min. Set up a corner you can actually practise in, so the next two days have nowhere left to hide.
- 2Day 2, Move. 10 min. Learn Ujjayi, the breath that gives a racing mind somewhere to rest, then feel it with the guided trainer.
- 3Day 3, Repeat. 15 min. Practise Surya Namaskar, the sequence you can come back to at home for as long as you keep practising.
All you need is a mat, a little floor space, and a device to play the videos.
Beginner-friendly, but especially useful if you’ve practised before and keep falling out of the habit. Day 1 takes six minutes. Start immediately, practise at home.

How it works
Settle → Move → Repeat
First, settle
You give the mind somewhere to rest through the breath, so stillness stops feeling like a fight.
Then, move
You use movement to hold your attention, so the practice carries you rather than the other way round.
Finally, repeat
You remove the decisions that make consistency difficult, so getting back on the mat gets easier.
You won’t spend three days reading about yoga.
You’ll practise.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll have:
- ✓A breath anchor you can reach for the moment your mind starts racing
- ✓A short guided practice you can return to at home, without hunting through endless videos
- ✓A simpler way to begin, without waiting to feel motivated
- ✓A clearer sense of how Ashtanga trains the mind through movement
- ✓A complimentary live class with Sushi to help you keep going
