Ashtanga has a reputation for being intense and disciplined. But here's what they don't tell you: it's actually the gentlest gateway into a practice that sticks. Because it's the same sequence every time. Your mind can finally stop asking "what's next?" and start paying attention to what's happening now.
No experience needed. No mat required. Just your body, 20 minutes, and a desire to start.
Trusted by students in 40+ countries. Taught by Sushi Yogi — E-RYT 500HR, KPJAYI Mysore trained.
What You'll Learn
1
Five essential poses that open your hips, lengthen your spine, and build the foundation for everything else.
2
The single most powerful tool to settle your nervous system and make your practice feel meditative instead of chaotic.
3
How to align your breath, your gaze, and your bandhas so your mind actually has something to do besides spiral.
4
Follow the chart. No screen. No distractions. Just you and the sequence, the way Ashtanga was meant to be practised.
5
The exact framework that turns sporadic attempts into an actual habit. Twenty minutes. Every day. This is how it sticks.
You've never done yoga before and you want a structured start that actually makes sense
You tried yoga classes and felt overwhelmed — or lost — and gave up
You want a practice you can do at home, on your own time, without needing YouTube playing the whole time
You have 20 minutes a day but you want those 20 minutes to actually count
You're ready to stop saying "I'll start tomorrow" and actually build the habit today

Fundamentals First is your beginning. But Ashtanga is a lifetime. Once you've built the habit and fallen in love with the sequence, the Yoga Mastery Program is where the real transformation happens — deeper asana refinement, pranayama, philosophy, and the mental work that turns a practice into a spiritual foundation.
