These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website sushiyogi.com and any programmes, courses, or services offered by Sushmitha Shrikanth, trading as Sushi Yogi ("we", "us", or "Sushi Yogi"). By purchasing or accessing any of our services, you agree to these terms.
We offer the Yoga Mastery Program (YMP), private yoga sessions, and free introductory courses. Full details of what is included in each product are set out on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed. We reserve the right to withdraw access to paid content if payment is not received or is reversed.
For the Yoga Mastery Program, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee — the Un-Busy Mind Promise. If, within the first 30 days, you have diligently completed the first three online modules, attended all scheduled live sessions, and genuinely feel no discernible shift in your mind's ability to engage with stillness or focus, we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.
Refund requests outside this window, or without evidence of completion, will be considered at our sole discretion. Private sessions and free courses are non-refundable.
Private session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session fee. Live group class cancellations by Sushi Yogi will be rescheduled or credited.
Participation in yoga is at your own risk. You confirm that you are in suitable physical health to undertake yoga practice and have consulted a medical professional if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. Sushi Yogi accepts no liability for injury arising from participation in our programmes or use of our content.
All course materials, videos, workbooks, sequence charts, and other content are the intellectual property of Sushi Yogi. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushi Yogi's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any statutory rights you may have in your country of residence.
