Sushmitha Shrikanth is an E-RYT 500HR certified teacher trained in the Mysore tradition at KPJAYI, India. For the last ten years, she's been teaching Ashtanga online and in studios — working with bodies of every shape, age, and experience level. She specialises in modifications for injuries and has a particular passion for teaching beginners, because she knows the first few weeks are everything.
