What you'll learn

Discover Yoga's Core Principles

Begin your journey of self-discovery on our course’s first day, where we explore yoga’s timeless principles. This session aims to inspire a deep understanding beyond physical yoga practice. This introduction prepares you for the transformative practice, laying a foundation of understanding, equipping you to attend any yoga class with confidence.

Master the art of suryanamaskar

Day two focuses on the 9 movements of Suryanamaskar A, a cornerstone of Ashtanga Yoga. This in-depth breakdown ensures that you perform each movement with proper technique and understanding so your practice is not only effective but also safe and fulfilling. Everything you'll learn in yoga is built upon this foundation.

Structured learning. Lasting routine

The final day culminates in a 20-minute guided class, along with a printable sequence chart that  serve as a valuable reference tool, enabling you to continue practicing independently. Transform your sporadic yoga sessions into a simple consistent routine by applying the principles you’ve learnt and the techniques you’ve mastered

I don’t know the secret to healing, but I do know that I always feel better after doing yoga than I did before. Ashtanga is the only practice that gives you a methodical structured way to increase both strength and flexibility consistently

Sometimes the most advanced thing you can do is start with the basics, consistently.
Don’t overcomplicate taking care of yourself
