Free Course · No Experience Required
Ashtanga has a reputation for being intense. But here's what most people don't know: it's actually the gentlest gateway into a practice that sticks — because the sequence never changes. Your mind can finally stop asking "what's next?" and start paying attention to what's happening now.
No experience needed. No mat required. Just 20 minutes and a desire to begin.
